The Continuing Story of Saint John’s
Fellowship and Outreach
Welcome to the Capital Campaign information section of the Saint John’s website. Here you
will find the follow:
1. Project Presentation: This is the slide show presentation made to the parish on February
28, 2011 outlining the need for the renovation project. We will need a total of $550,000 to
$650,000 and will renovate in stages as we have cash in hand. The proposed renovations
stage is shown. How you can help is outlined.
2. Letters to the Parish: Letters requesting donations, the pledge commitment form, and
future letters will be found in this section.
3. Building Progress Updates: Marti Keenan, Chair, Building Committee, will use this
section to show our progress in completing our renovation stages.
4. Pledges/Donations: Karen Donnelly, Chair, Capital Campaign, will keep you updated on
the money that comes in to support this project. You will see how much we have in the bank
and how much our parishioners have pledged over a 3-year commitment period.
Please feel free to call or e-mail Marti and Karen with any questions or comments. They will
be happy to meet with you at church, in your home or in your office. They would love to show
you the slide presentation if you haven’t seen it, and discuss pledging or gifts with you. We
are all very excited about this important project and what it means to our church.
