St. John’s Giving Train 2024
Join us on Saturday, November 9 from 5-8 pm as the Giving Train arrives at St. John’s Station! We’ll enjoy live music from the awesome Crooked Rose Band, delectable food from Tone’s Spot Food Truck and an open wine & beer bar. Peruse the stops on the giving train and scan a QR code to donate or do so beforehand below and just enjoy the evening.

As in the past few years, church leadership has come up with five “train stops” where our beautiful little church could use extra financial support. Once you find the stops that are right for you, you can give online or by check. All in, with your generous help, we hope to raise $30,000!
Stop 1: When You Wish Upon a Star – Goal: $6,000
Here are 3 must-haves on our wish list
A: Sing a Song – Enhancing our worship with music and technology ($1,500)
B: Underneath the Tree – Woods restoration and protection of Penn Oak tree ($1,500)
C: River of Dreams – Installation of a Water Bottle Filling Station near the parish hall (3,000)
Stop 2: Get By with a Little Help From My Friends – Goal: $4,000
Supporting parish outreach and our ministry partners in Guatemala and Chester
Stop 3: Forever Young – Goal: $4,000
Supporting our Youth Group mission trip fund; and improvements to our Sunday School
Stop 4: I Saw the Sign – Goal: $10,000
Updating our main sign along Concord Road with LED board to allow more flexibility
Stop 5: Take me to Church – Goal: $6,000
