This Lenten series explores the final week full of risks that Jesus and his followers spent in Jerusalem. Based on the book and DVD Entering the Passion of Jesus, Dr. Amy-Jill Levine invites us to dive deeply into the key moments leading up to Christ’s crucifixion, helping us to better understand the significance of these events. We’ll explore themes such as betrayal, sacrifice, and the deep love Jesus had for humanity, all while looking at the Jewish context of the Passion narrative.
Sundays at 9:15 AM beginning March 9 in the Battin Room.
*No meeting on March 16.*
