Parkinson’s Support Group Special Presentation

Erin will be presenting her role as an Aging Life Care Manager and how she works with clients with Parkinson’s and their families. She will cover the types of support she can coordinate and also share some experiences she has had. She can address senior living communities, their pricing structure and the levels of care they can provide

It will be a lot of information that can be useful and give us all some advanced knowledge for how we can plan for our future.
