Certified yoga teacher, personal trainer and nutrition coach. The focus will be on mindful movement to help people connect with their bodies and manage daily stress. She will be emphasizing gentle, accessible yoga designed to improve balance, flexibility, and overall well being, supporting those navigating Parkinson’s.
